<p style=”text-align: left;”>Problem Statment: “The Generator Installed at HPT found to show the high variation at Oil Pressure Gauge and missing in operation at machine which was causing abnormal vibration “</p>
Root Cause: The root cause found that Diesel Oil intake was not smooth and the Engine oil level was also near below low level.Corrective Action:
- The filter at the input line of Diesel oil Replaced to rectify the missing problem at machine which was causing abnormal vibration.
- The Engine oil level improved
Results after Maintenance: After maintenance activity the Generator being observed regularly during operation and found stability at oil pressure gauge and smooth machine operation without any vibration & missing.
