Problem Statement:
Vibration in sound at Dish (2) Startrack Receiver’s audio signal.
Root Cause: the Pre-amplifier at control both is making vibration in audio signal.
Rectification Activity:
The activity performed to rectify the problem are as follows
- The Dish Receiver(Startrack) Serviced using contact cleaner.
- The Patch Cord Female socket changed
- The Pre-amplifier at control both changed
Results:
The vibration in sound removed and the sound quality found bright.
