Fault : signal at down link of the satellite not received smooth
Root Cause: the position of the Dish receiver was not properly obstacle free.
Fault Rectified: The Dish re-positioned on the roof and tightened with rawal bolts.
Results: current observation shows stable and smooth signal reception
